01 / About
A developer-turned-product designer working across complex systems, immersive experiences and the teams that bring them to life.
More about me02 / How the work happens
From understanding the real constraint to making sure the final product behaves correctly in the hands of its users.
01
Stay with the problem longer than feels comfortable. Watch the work where it actually happens. Most briefs describe a symptom; the first job is finding the system behind it.
Research / Service mapping / Constraints
02
Draw the rough version first and put it in front of someone. Then work through the hierarchy, edge cases, empty states and moments when the system fails. Craft is what survives all of that.
Systems / Prototypes / Edge cases
03
Work beside engineering, not upstream from it. Ship systems, states and tokens—not just screenshots. The work is finished when the experience behaves correctly at 2am on match night.
Tokens / Design QA / Implementation
04
Watch what people actually do with what you shipped. Keep what earns its place, improve what creates friction, and document what you learn so the next decision starts further ahead.
Feedback / Iteration / Documentation
03 / Design point of view
My work has moved across edtech, healthcare, cloud solutions, entertainment and sports—from personalised learning and enterprise tools to consumer ticketing and immersive experiences.
04 / What people say
Notes from the people who shared the room, the constraints and the outcome.
